Job Description:
Program Leadership & Operations Management
Direct and manage daily operations of Employee Accommodation Services using a case management model
Oversee intake, triage, and resolution of accommodation requests across all campuses
Establish workflows, performance metrics, and service standards to ensure timely case processing
Monitor caseload distribution and adjust resources to meet demand
Staff Supervision & Team Development
Supervise ADA Case Managers and administrative staff
Provide coaching, training, and performance management
Support onboarding and professional development of team members
Foster a collaborative, service-oriented team environment
Complex Case Oversight & Decision Support
Review and provide guidance on complex or high-risk accommodation cases
Support interactive process discussions with employees, supervisors, and HR
Ensure consistency and compliance in accommodation determinations
Assist in resolving escalated or sensitive employee situations
Compliance, Auditing & Risk Management
Ensure compliance with ADA and related regulations
Conduct internal monitoring, audits, and case reviews
Identify risks and implement corrective actions
Support investigations, documentation reviews, and regulatory assessments
Strategy, Policy Development & Leadership Advising
Advise senior leadership on accommodation trends, risks, and compliance strategies
Develop and update policies, procedures, and guidance materials
Support long-term planning, staffing models, and program growth
Training, Outreach & Stakeholder Engagement
Develop and deliver training for supervisors, HR, and employees
Serve as liaison to campus partners and external stakeholders
Participate in or lead committees and workgroups
Expected Salary:
$122,000-$135,000
Required Qualifications:
Master's degree in an appropriate area and at least six years of experience in appropriate area; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP), or the ability to obtain within one year of employment.
Preferred:
Doctorate or master's degree in a related field
Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP), or the ability to obtain within one year of employment
Demonstrated experience leading or managing an ADA or employee accommodations program in a complex organization
Strong knowledge of federal and state laws related to employee accommodations (e.g., ADA, ADAAA, FMLA) and the interactive process
Experience overseeing high-volume, case management-based service delivery models
Proven ability to supervise, mentor, and develop professional staff in a compliance or HR-related environment
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to work effectively across all organizational levels
Demonstrated ability to advise senior leadership on complex, sensitive, or high-risk compliance matters
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to convey complex regulatory concepts clearly
Experience developing and delivering training or presentations for diverse adult audiences
Strong analytical skills with the ability to research, interpret, and apply complex laws and regulations
Demonstrated attention to detail, including producing polished, publication-ready written materials
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and virtual collaboration platforms (e.g., Zoom, Teams)
Experience with Maxient, SmartSheets, or other similar information management systems
Demonstrated strong writing and proofreading skills, producing final work products that are polished and ready for publication.
